Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of receiving your order (customize timeline as required).
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened/used hygiene or consumable products (if applicable)

Return Process

  • 2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • 3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If you want the same item in a different size or variant, please contact us to check availability.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
